The J.D. Power 2018 Windows and Patio Doors Satisfaction Study measures satisfaction among customers who purchased windows and/or patio doors within the last 12 months. Overall satisfaction is measured by examining three factors:
- • Appearance and Design Features
- • Operational Performance and Durability
- • Warranty
The study was based on evaluations from 3,569 customers and was fielded in March-April 2018.
