Window and Door Installers wanted. $18-$35/hr plus health insurance, 401K, paid vacation and holidays.

Top candidates will possess excellent metal brake experience and finishing skills.
Service Technicians help to ensure that sold products and services meet customer expectations by reviewing project details with the homeowner. All windows and doors are re-measured to ensure their correct fit. The job site and scope of the project is reviewed to identify special construction related requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to effectively communicate with the homeowner and installation team. Our Service Technician's construction and product experience extend beyond the point of sale when they are asked to diagnose the cause of service related issues on previously installed products. The installation and re-installation of product is also required of individuals in this position.
A solid understanding and mastery of basic carpentry skills is required. This IS NOT an entry level position. 2-3 years of carpentry, finishing, remodeling, framing, and trim experience required. Experience measuring, installing, and servicing windows and doors preferred.
In this customer facing role, candidates must be neatly kept and are required to wear company branded apparel. Applicants must possess a good driving record and be drug free.
Starting compensation for this position is $17-$22 per hour based on experience. Renewal by Andersen provides medical, 401K, paid vacations/holidays, and an excellent working environment. All tools and truck are provided by the company.

Renewal by Andersen of Central NC is in search of experienced subcontracting crews to install our custom-made windows and doors. Installers are responsible for visiting our customers home and replacing their existing windows and doors with new products specifically designed for their home. Subcontractors will have a set schedule each week that they are able to review in advance to see the details of their jobs. Renewal by Andersen also offers an 8-5 work schedule with weekends off!
